Merl draws, does animation, design, web site design, font--you name it! I am pressing him to do my website because I want it to be bangin'.

Now here's samples and his PLUG!

Visit Merl's site @ www.merlclick.com

I Drink Your Milkshake

This weekend was a ball. I stayed in Baltimore with Adi and Jeff. We met up with Leah and Charlie and also Jeff's friend Mike.
We went to the Baltimore Museum of Art and saw an exhibit featuring artists who contributed or who were inspired by circus life.

It was borderline amazing. There was also dress-ups and drawing time at the end of the exhibit.

I long to be a ballerina. I think I have a similar picture at my parents' house, only I'm 6.

Sexy, Can-can I?
(Also the t-shirt I wore... it says Cannes on it. I LOVE IT)

Jeffrey is a clown...a French clown... Bravo!
The Modern Art Section of the museum was an adventure. Adi and I had a blast making the old men who stand at the exhibits nervous.

Helen Keller style...R.I.P. H.K. I <3 style="font-style: italic;">Miracle Worker and H.K.)

Video of Me high 5-ing a piece of art that has hands sticking out of it like a tree.

Front.

Back.

Here I am standing under a piece that was like walking into a kaleidoscope spaceship. It was a light refracting dream. The piece behind the thing I'm standing under is a Warhol.

I can't seem to find any pictures of Adi during these adventures in Modern Art... so here is a picture she took. She made a comment about my blog one time in her blog, she decided to say that I use pictures to say things... well I do. So do You! hahaha! <3 href="http://parenting.ivillage.com/tp/tpdevelopment/0,,devtrkr_9rpg,00.html">Check out Adi's blog here)

^-- Adi
If you listen to the very beginning of this video... you'll hear Adi!

It was straight up Farris Buller's Day Off in this joint.
We had a terrific time, as did the boys. Mike and Jeff wandered off...but basically went to the exact same exhibits.

"So now I come to you, with open armmmmsss" opposite band SNL = "So now I don't come to you with closed legs" - LMAO.

Later that day-- We went to see Two Lovers. I have been waiting since last fall to see this movie. As you might recall, Adi, Jeff, Byron and I went to NYC in Feb. to see the film but it was sold out and we saw the city instead. Though that was fun, the movie was long overdue.

I enjoyed the film. Isabella Rossellini proved to be a crazy lady once again and I'm definitely in the process of writing her a letter. She is one of my heroes, fo-sho.
Anyway, the Charles Theater was freaking boss. That's right, boss. They show indie/foreign/festival films. The tickets are cheap, the tips basket said "There will be tips."

I would like to now, quickly, shout out to a freaking awesome movie that I was made to watch and now love There Will Be Blood. Thank you Adi for making me watching this. It made an SNL Skit funnier and "I drink your milkshake, I drink it up. I'm finished." I <3 style="cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 229px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEigjwoRs99-b9pEcKJTXmeEKSAK48eUpKa_XKtLaNIGkDyfLGGUGGGzMNpcuxhkV52ExoZsH946z9rlX4q0K4qAydiGPuXMeZWqfPDfcRc3gcZsK27kj4zjO9AViLV183KtRuM2v6QSeR6n/s320/camera.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5311419361024165586" border="0">

Later that night, we went to Carney (a suburb of Bmore) and met up with our good friend Leah Dyson. Though she is but a nugget, and this hard hitting vegan is no one to fuck with. She also has a blog... Thrifty Business.

The food was good for most of us, Mike's chicken was undercooked and I thought the waitress was going to kill him. He posed for a funny walrus picture.

Aww... sad walrus.

That was basically it for the weekend. We rode home and the past two days have had glorious weather, so I have neglected you and your eyeballs/brains.

OH WAIT!
I found a picture of ADI!!! AHAHAHAHA! I love how we torture each other via the interweb. Visit her blog Pickled Beetnik to see further embarrassments...

Hanging ladies! LOOK OUT!

My Dad

Finding out that your Dad reads your blog is every girls dream and nightmare. It's one thing if he reads it and he's miles and miles away, it's a lot different when you hear him comment from 10 feet away on the other couch.
My Dad is an avid supporter of my creative work. He offers advice, critique and support and hugs.

('Lil Dave)

Now it's my turn!
My Dad has a name.... I recently found out... and it's Dave Morrell.
Dave Morrell is a multi-talented artist... this I've known.
The multi-talented artist has a website... my dog is his favorite daughter.

Dave Draws It All dot Com

This interactive website allows perspective clients to observe my father's artwork in different stages and within different media.
He draws black and white pencil drawings (which I'm sure have a fancier name, but deal).
He does digital paintings (my favorite is of Sadie).
He is also a fantastic photographer and graphic design artist... it's with what he makes the $$.

Check out his website and if you know someone looking for some art, tell them to go there too!
